About Nephros

Nephros exists to make sure no one in the kidney transplant community has to search for support alone. We bring recipients, living and deceased-donor families, caretakers, and loved ones together with the groups that understand their journey.

Our app identifies and verifies support groups both online and in person, then matches you to the ones nearest and most relevant to you. Finding community should be simple, private, and free — that's the promise we build on.
